Veterans Contact Point awarded The Kings Award for voluntary work presented by Warwickshire Lord Lieutenant Tim Cox.
All VCP staff are unpaid volunteers and veterans of the armed forces themselves.

The King’s Award for Voluntary Service has equivalent status to an MBE for charitable organisations and its award to the VCP recognises the unstinting commitment of time, effort and dedication by the staff to help fellow veterans in need.
