I was delighted to have spoken as a keynote speaker at the Warwickshire Police BME Network event in Wolston 🎤.

I shared my personal journey from childhood to becoming the first Sikh lady High Sheriff in the UK. It was a privilege to discuss my commitment to raising crime prevention awareness, striving to create a safer future for our upcoming generations.

Together, we can support our police in meaningful ways to combat crime effectively.

I truly appreciated hearing from the BME members about the incredible work they’re doing within Warwickshire Police. While there is always more to achieve, the BME network is vital in transforming policing into a truly anti-racist service.
