Honoured to attend Aston Martin’s event celebrating International Women’s Day!

It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with inspiring female entrepreneurs who are shaping the business landscape of Warwickshire. The “marketplace” of Aston Martin was filled with talented women leading and managing businesses, each with their own journey of resilience, innovation, and success.

I also had the pleasure of speaking with bright and ambitious young women students from Warwick University, who are working hard to carve their paths in the world of engineering. Their passion, determination, and vision for the future were truly inspiring.

Additionally, I had insightful conversations with incredible women in leadership roles within Aston Martin, who are driving change and innovation in the automotive industry. Their dedication and leadership serve as a powerful reminder of the impact women continue to make in traditionally male-dominated fields.
